Carl Schröter assumes the tasks of insurance companies and acts under their authority. We assess the risks presented to us and determine the need for cover. For the insurers we represent, we submit binding offers on the scope of cover and premiums. We process and settle claims on behalf of the insurers.
In addition to our experience, we make use of modern IT tools to assess the respective insurance risk, to invoice premiums, to manage contracts and to settle claims. We employ experts and average adjusters all over the world to inspect the claims and determine the amount of the loss. Our online applications enable insurance certificates to be issued. In addition, they contribute significantly to the overview and rapid exchange of information between all parties involved in a claim.
