The company Claims Service & Insurance Agency GmbH, also known as CSIA, is a wholly owned subsidiary company of the Carl Schröter Holding GmbH & Co. KG and thereby a sister company of Carl Schröter GmbH & Co. KG. Since more than 30 years, its core business is marine insurance.
CSIA was founded in 2009 and is registered at the courthouse of Bremen “Landgericht Bremen” as collection agency. CSIA has long since grown beyond the original corporate purpose of serving its sister company. In addition, CSIA successfully handles claims and recoveries.
